We help organizations achieve behavior change from the inside out.

Most attempts at behavior change are direct. We tell people what to do differently and hope the logic will be strong enough to convince them.

But the most meaningful organizational changes don't just require people to do something different. They require them to be something different - to take actions that contradict their existing professional identity.

We utilize an empathy-based approach. We take time to understand the quiet pressure your people are navigating: the gap between who they built their career being and who their external reality is now demanding they become.

We then use disarming, carefully crafted metaphors as cognitive tools to guide people toward your desired shift, giving them flexibility to take an action that might otherwise feel off-limits.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Kai Kight is a graduate of Stanford University’s human centered design program who has crafted behavior-shifting metaphors for many of the world’s leading organizations - ranging from Google to Disney to the Seattle Seahawks of the NFL.

Leveraging his background as a classical violinist and composer, he uses music not as performance but as a precision tool for shifting how professionals see themselves and their work.

Trained under world-renowned behavior scientist Dr. BJ Fogg, Kai's work goes beyond momentary inspiration. It creates the conditions for change that sticks.

Trusted by LEADING Organizations

I FOUND KAI TO BE EXTREMELY INSIGHTFUL. HE BROKE MULTIPLE ERRONEOUS PARADIGMS THAT HAD LODGED THEMSELVES IN MY HEAD AND THAT I DIDN’T EVEN KNOW ABOUT. I AM VERY THANKFUL FOR THAT.
